Sunday 1st June - Wagon Pull

Sunday 1st June What better way of spending a spring Sunday morning is there, than pulling an articulated wagon through the streets of Newton upon Derwent with a few of your mates? If you live in the village, you’ll know that it’s not too far from Horsley’s Transport to the Half Moon – ask Trevor Horsley! The challenge is on!  Can you form a team to beat all comers?

Teams of 8 for the men and teams of 10 for the ladies - it should take approximately 2 minutes per pull plus an hour’s recovery time in the pub!
